A turnkey hospital was built to serve the 2014 Olympic Winter Games, providing modern medical care for athletes, visitors, and later the regional population. Executed within just 24 months despite workforce constraints, the facility included emergency services with helipad, 12 operating theatres, 45 ICU beds, 300 ward beds, a polyclinic for 100 visits per shift, and a 25-bed day clinic. It also featured diagnostics, dialysis, imaging, endoscopy, physiotherapy, laboratory, pathology, pharmacy, sterilization, disinfection, laundry, kitchen, and waste management—ensuring full medical and support services during and after the Games
