The public Hospital 106 Pakse is located in Bachieng district of Pakse city in Laos.

The project aims to provide the best health care for the urban population of Pakse and the region of Champasak, as well as coping with the increasing demand of health services in Laos, by integrating cutting-edge technologies, modernization and extension of the existing Hospital 106 Pakse.

VAMED’s scope included the supply of the equipment and mechanical, electrical and building material; as well as the planning, engineering and construction management, the

total site development and building construction including warranty, maintenance and the human resource development of this project.

Our legitimate interest in accordance. Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO for the collection of data is based on the following purposes:

  • Ensuring a smooth connection setup and comfortable use of the website,
  • Evaluation of system security and stability as well
  • for further administrative purposes.

In no case we use the collected data for the purpose of drawing conclusions about you.

b) When concluding a contractual relationship of any kind: When concluding any contractual relationship of any kind on our website, we ask you for the following personal data:

  • other personal data which we are legally obliged or authorized to collect and process and which we need for your authentication, identification or verification of the data we collect.

In these cases, however, the amount of data transmitted is limited to the minimum required. Our privacy policy is consistent with applicable data protection laws and the data is processed only in the European Union. A transfer to third countries does not take place and is not intended.

3. AFFECTED RIGHTS
