The Center for Nuclear Medicine and Radiation Therapy at RSPAD Gatot Subroto is set to become a leading oncology hospital in ASEAN, with Indonesia’s first proton therapy system. Developed by VAMED, this turn-key project includes design, construction, equipment installation, and advanced training. Phase 1 upgraded MRI (3 units), DSA (5 units), and CT (2 units) centers. Phase 2 adds a state-of-the-art Proton Therapy and Radiotherapy Center, with Linear Accelerators, Cyclotron, Brachytherapy, PET CT, SPECT, and radiopharmaceutical production. This Austrian-Indonesian collaboration brings cutting-edge cancer care to the region, improving diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for local patients.
