The Hospital del Suroeste is a flagship project by the Government of Córdoba aimed at modernizing and decentralizing the public health system. Located in Los Filtros, one of the city’s most densely populated and underserved neighborhoods, the hospital will serve over 250,000 residents in the southwest zone of Córdoba and nearby areas. This state-of-the-art facility is strategically positioned to improve healthcare access and reduce the burden on central hospitals like Hospital San Roque and Hospital Misericordia. It represents a major step toward delivering quality, equitable care to historically underserved communities.
